Oregon Ducks star Marcus Mariota is expected to be the second quarterback off the board.

The first round of the NFL draft is April 30, so every Thursday until then, the Daily News’ Ebenezer Samuel will predict the Top 10. Here’s the latest installment:

1. Buccaneers: Jameis Winston, QB, Florida State

What, the early-March, pre-free agency meeting with Winston didn’t convince you? Bucs owner Joel Glazer’s comments about being “comfortable” with Winston should.

6. Jets: Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon

Mariota’s going here, but not to Gang Green. Jet brass doesn’t seem sold, so watch it trade down (

8. Falcons: Shane Ray, OLB/DE, Missouri

Ray is undersized, but that shouldn’t be a problem for Dan Quinn, who turned Bruce Irvin into a force in Seattle.

9. Giants: Brandon Scherff, OT/OG, Iowa

Tough to pass on Cooper. But they’ve now addressed all their needs in free agency except O-line. Wonder why.

10. Rams: Amari Cooper, WR, Alabama

The O-line’s a mess, so OT Andrus Peat could be in play. But you can’t pass on a playmaker with as much ability as Cooper.
